  • We accept cash or check (No Canadian or foreign checks). No refunds.
  • Now accepting Visa, MC and Discover. $2.50 fee for all card transactions.
  • All visitors must register in the office prior to visiting any residents in the park to receive a parking pass.
  • Prices are based on two people per site.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Extra Charges

  • Visitor Stay-Over: $2 per night and must pay in advance
  • WiFi: $1 a day
  • Storage Space (Full-Time Resident): $25 For a utility trailer, dolly, or 2nd vehicle per month
  • Storage Space (Non-Resident): $50 For a utility trailer, dolly, or 2nd vehicle per month
  • RV Dump: $10
